Customer facing Emails and Delivery information
As soon as the purchase on our site has been successfully completed, we will send two emails to customers. An email contains the official invoice. This also contains the associated license keys, if the product has any. The other email is an informational email that gives buyers information about where and how to download their product. In any case, after successful completion of the purchase, the buyer will be redirected to the "My Products" page, where he can download and install the product directly.
Please be aware that Flightsim.to supports localization and will deliver the e-mails according to the customer's language, in more than 24 supported languages worldwide. Further customization or custom-generated delivery e-mails are available. Please contact your account manager if you wish to adjust these things.
