Dr. No has arrived on the island of Saint Eustatius (TNCE) and set up his secret lab and university campus for public re-education. The local militia has joined forces with him and are supporting his program. Working for tour helicopters and military air support missions on the island you will encounter very tight and dangerous landing zones. There have been very violent encounters with the milita and the island is very dangerous right now. Dr. No has taken over the island's radio station as well and is now broadcsasting as "Dr. No's Goodtimes Radio" and is used to raise money for his public food assistance program to feed the hungry and the campus re-education volunteer students. Some helipads are listed and a couple are classified, including his secret lab. He has been doing some type of work offshore as well, and there's evidence he's been moving some type of cargo to the other local islands. Get to know the island, there are many secret entrances to the underground facility. See if you can figure out where his secret lab is located, and see if you can figure out what he is really doing here on the island.
