Okay. that did it ... you made me cry. This repaint took me back through the decades to when I was a fifteen year old working for Executive Air Services at Hangar 1, Essendon airport. Wewere next door to DCA practically. Our company operated mostly Shrike Commanders on business charter and we even did target towing for the Navy at Western Port Bay. We had a Catalina too at one stage doing geo survey.
I would walk to and from work via the northern apron passing by these very aircraft and the old F-27's including VH-CAT which I later worked upon. They became part of my life.
I love what you do with these liveries and make no mistake, matt, you are contributing to history and making many people wholove aircraft very happy.
