Gelbe zehn is, no, was a Bf109E of JG26. Flown by Oberleutnant Wilhelm Fronhofer based in France 1940. His war was cut short after crash landing at Ulcombe nr Maidstone on 31st August, 1940. As the plane didn't look too bad I suspect/hope he spent the rest of the war as a guest of H.M. Government in Blighty. The cockpit view picture is Probably the last view of England from the air (Ulcombe) for quite a while.
Correction: it is in fact green on its tip historically accurate my apologies.
