This mod will add the Default (Asobo) A320 Neo Weather Radar functionality into FBW A320 Neo (Development Version). Please note that it only works on Development version. This mod is not compatible with the Stable version.

Installation Instruction: Extract and put the flybywire-wxradar-a320-neo-dev folder into your Community folder.

!!! IMPORTANT!!!

Somehow the FBW Installer does not allow you to update the FBW A320 Neo Dev version when it detects this weather radar mod.
To get around that, you can simply remove this mod temporarily from the Community folder and proceed with the FBW update. After that you can put this mod back into the Community folder.

How to activate Weather Radar:

On the WX Radar panel, flip the SYS switch to 1 or 2 position
SYS 1 will activate the WX radar on the captain side only, and SYS 2 will activate the FO side only

Because the Development version of FBW A320 Neo is still dynamically changing, at some point, this mod would need to be adjusted and updated to make it work with the latest FBW update
When it breaks the original FBW A320 Neo aircraft addon or it is not functioning anymore, I recommend to remove this mod from the Community folder

Tank a lot for your incredible effort. This is very good to flight this plane with a weather radar.

I have a question: It is possible to make a weather radar for default king 350i? I have the simulator from a beta tester, but nothing happens with this plane since it left. Other people had to come and create the analog plane, because this plane seems to be the last in line, if that.

That's why I ask you please if you can incorporate a weather radar mod.

I assure you that the entire community will thank you, I even dare to say that it will go down in history of simulated flight not only with pilots, but also with enthusiasts.

Thank you for the add on! My sincere appreciation to this add on enhancing the immersion. IMO it is working well with a combination of visual scan and referencing from ND, it can offset the range discrepancy.

FBW is being a bag of dick's with this. We get what you can and cant do FBW, and your incredibly realistic, intelligent, concreate set of undeniable data and reasons behind it. Fair, understood, rgr. But FBW fail's to see the simplicity in this mod, that we enjoy as fans without needing to run another app in the back . Someone else does, so they make it, and now there's a lovely disclaimer on FBW recent update saying to uninstall this mode, because it becomes not compatible. But it was compatible when first released on the current development mode. So did FBW purposely make an update to specifically make this noncompatible?

It's a bit strange that it doesn't work with the Horizon's mod for LVFR as it is supposed to be using the same systems from FBW mod there :/
Do you think that the versions difference may be the problem? I suppose that an older version of FBW systems may be used for LVFR models. If that's the case, shall we try using the previous versions of your mod with it?

I think it needs to be updated, there were changes to the ND since the last version of the radar mod.
