Application to get information and control your simulator from a client via Webbrowser.
You can control this application from any device (PC, Tablet, Smartphone) that has installed a webbrowser and is connected to your network.
The Application MUST be installed on your simulator PC.

The application is providing the following features:
- Import your last created SimBrief flightplan
- Show IVAO or VATSIM stations on your departure, arrival and alternate airport
- Weather information at your departure, arrival and alternate Airport (Active Sky is required)
- refuel and load your aircraft regarding weights and fuel calculation from your SimBrief flightplan
- Control GSX for MSFS and Prepar3D
- electronic Checklist
- Route schedule function

Requirements:
- FSUIPC for MSFS or Prepar3D
- GSX or GSX Pro if you want to use the GSX remote feature
- SimBrief and VATSIM or IVAO account for use of the OnlineATC service
- IIS Express 10.0 (downloadlink included in the setup)

This application is designed for use in combination with a homecockpit. But of course also useable without.

Please read the manual for informations about installation and use of the application!

Sorry, it was my mistake. now it works perfectly. Most of the time the problem is in front of the computer. I had specified the LAN address instead of the WiFi IP address. So of course no connection could be established. your program is really great. As a small improvement, you could perhaps use a green display to indicate that Couatl is running. Furthermore, the buttons in the GSX menu could be made a little larger; they are often difficult to hit on a small tablet. Otherwise a great program, thank you very much

Hi,
I have installed the app and client according the manual. The app is starting as admin.
It has been working with GSX Pro for a while but now I only get the GSX items : File Option 1, File Option 2, ...until File Option 9. The GSX status is: Subtitle ?? No menu content of GSX Pro is shown. The other menu items of the app on the client are working with exception of GSX menu.
Also the Option 1 till 9 are not responding to any action in the Sim.
I am stuck here... Please give me some suggestions to solve this problem.
Furthermore, I think it is a brillian app.

Hi , do you have a stabrim file for the 737? Also i cant control gsx . i get

I followed the instructions step by step, but I can't access the Flightsim server from my Android tablet either. On the PC where the Flightsim server is running, access is possible with a web browser. The firewall settings on the server PC were carried out accordingly. Still no connection with the tablet to the server PC. Then the firewall on the server PC was deactivated, but still no connection.
Then I started the web browser on a second PC in the network and immediately got a connection. As a result, the connection to the PC server can be established with a second PC but not with my Android tablet. What could be the reason? Browser, Android version or something else

Hi, if the link on the server PC is working, but not on a client PC or tablet, you have to check your firewall settings on the server PC. If you use the windows firewall I have described the setup in the manual.

hi. i cant install IIS express 10.0 for windo0ws 64 bit (as there is only 32-bit version) inside microsoft downlaod website. is there any other way to get it installed for my windows 64 bit version? thanks

Hi, download the x86 version of IIS Express https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=48264 It doesn`t matter if you have a 32 or 64 bit system. I run the x86 version of IIS Express on windows 11 64bit without any problem. Regards, Matthias

this seems great if it worked but for me it wont work just installed but run it and I need to get IIS10 so it takes me there i installed the amd64 as the x86 is only for 32bit pc's of which i don't think anyone has anymore. next tried to run it and get errors that i can bypass briefly but it also then cant find GSX so need and update and clearer install instructions and maybe it needs to be rewritten as IE 11 is no longer in use and IIS services seem dead. this code was for IE 11 but no one in their right mind even uses IE anymore. I use brave and goggle chrome myself.

You have to download and istall the IIS Express X86. This is only a webserver. It has nothing do do with the browser you are using. After installing the FlightSimServer, make sure you run it as admin! I use the FlightSimServer on my system with chrome and on my smartphone with Samsung Internet without problems. The most errors on the GSX page are caused by an old version of FSUIPC or GSX Pro. Make sure you have the latest versions of FSUIPC and GSX Pro, then it should work without problems. In some cases it is possible that the GSX page has an error when you first load it . Then you can go back in the browser and reload it.

Just downloaded to test this out and ran into one gotcha during setup:
I wasn't sure if I should use the simbrief username or pilot ID and chose the ID, which caused a 0kb CurrentSimBrief.xml to be created.
This in turn then caused an exception in the page_load function that basically broke the whole application. You should add some error handling in case that the simbrief file fails on import to simply ignore/delete it. Once I manually deleted that file and changed to username it worked fine.

Thank you for this feedback. I implement a handler in the next update.

I never received this message, but it is not impossible that you receive it. Are you able to continue the installation? If you download the installer here the file is checked and should be clean.

I tried the new update, great work, the windows auto start does not work for me, i run it as admin, iam running windows 11 pro. i have temporally added it to my startup folder it works great, maybe some fine tuning is needed for it to autorun on windows.

is where i created a shortcut and drop the app, it now autorun when windows starts and minimize to tray perfect, in the future if you can fix the auto start i can try it again, but its not urgent since it now works like i want many thanks you are awesome.

Hi, a great feature missing is the ability to minimize the app to right corner of the desktop, currently the app since it needs to be open at all time will always be in the taskbar would it be possible to add an option to minimize and hide the app from the taskbar? And also a feature to let it autorun/autostart when windows starts.

also not that important an way to change the page color etc.

I can implement the possibility to minimize the app to the system tray. Autostart should also be possible, I check that.

You can change the page color by editing the stylesheet.css

There you can also change the border colors of the most buttons, text size and text colors. If you make changes to this file you have to backup it or make a renamed copy. If there is an update this file gets overwritten.

I get the error that it can't find "config.xml" (see below):

Was this supposed to be in the installer?

The config.xml should be created at first start of the software.

Please run the FlightSimServer as Administrator, then it should be created.
