US Forest Service N191Z Livery for the Microsoft DHC-2 Beaver.
This Livery comes for all versions of the Microsoft DHC-2 Beaver including the Bush Wheel version by GotFriends.
The Less Grunge Mod is higly recomended. I can not guarantee a good looking livery without the mod.:)
Important Note:
Help Needed!!! If anyone has the Skills to make a decal or so over the back windows to cover this windows as in the real one.
Please contact me. Thanks
Version 2.0
- added 2 more variants of this livery with the registration N192Z and N193Z
- painted the belly black
- changed pitot tube color
Version 1.1
I was pointed out to some authenticity issues for the N191Z by the original requester of this livery johnek
As I always try to keep my real life replica liveries as true to real life as possible i had to implement the following changes to the livery to match the real one:
- changed US Flag position from rudder to tail
- removed paint from the pitot tube tip
- added USFS to the wing
- repainted the wing with black border line between the red and white paint
- painted the fin red for the floater plane
Thank you very much johnek for pointing out the issues.
downloaded your Red Bush livery, Beautiful.... Now, and I promise this is the last thing. Henny, the USFS Beaver pilot noticed this. On the USFS Beaver, is it possible to paint over the back windows on both sides. In real life they were removed for reasons of cargo. He says this is the only thing he can see that doesn't require modeling, such as the water drop tank, and the Kenmore fins.... I found the maps of the fire patrol routes that they fly, I've managed to lay out the rout for the east, and west flights, and save them to flightsim. The USFS says the flights take about 90 minutes each. In flight sim it took me 91 minutes. Thanks for your great work. My friends love it.. johnek62

Unfortunately to paint over the back window, modeling is needed and for a man with my skills unfortunately not possible. I honestly tried but i could not figure it out.
I would love to do that if i could.
Unfortunately i know no one personally who could actually help me with it. :(
So if anyone reads this comment and has the skills to help me.
here is the SDK doku part needed:

I just uploaded a base scenery for the Superior National Forest Seaplane base, the home to N191Z. Feel free to fly this in and out of it if you so choose. Thanks for creating this livery!
