Seit dem 22.02.2022 ist der Rettungshubschrauber "Christoph 20" der ADAC Lufrettung nicht mehr am Klinikum Bayreuth stationiert.

Die sich dort befindliche "Homebase" wird in den kommenden Jahren von Grund auf neugestaltet bzw. neu gebaut. Der große Landeplatz vor dem Luftrettungszentrum bleibt davon unberührt und wird nach wie vor angeflogen.

In dieser Zeit ist der Hubschrauber am Flugplatz Bayreuth (EDQD) stationiert. Er operiert von einer mobilen Plattform aus vor dem Hangar-West.

Es gibt zwei mögliche Spawn-Punkte:

Einen Runway-Start für bereits laufende Triebwerke, und einen Parking-Spot für "Cold-and-dark".

Egal was ausgewählt wird, startet man immer von der Plattform.

Da für Spawnpunkte ein eigener Flugplatz erstellt werden muss, ist dieser unter dem ICAO "CH20I" bzw. dem Namen "CHX20 Interim" zu finden. Man kann aber natürlich in der World Map auch nach EDQD suchen. Der Standort befindet sich ja auf dem Flugplatzareal.

Dieses Addon ist sowohl mit dem Standard-EDQD als auch dem Payware-Addon kompatibel. Vermutlich auch mit dem Freeware EDQD Addon, welches hier auf der Seite zu finden ist.

Notiz: Es wurde nur die H135 von HypePerformanceGroup getestet, bzw. die Spawnpunkte dafür angepasst. Bei anderen Hubschraubern passen die "Contact Points" möglicherweise nicht ganz und man fällt eventuell von der Plattform.

Installation:

Die heruntergeladene Datei öffnen und den Ordner "chrispiaviation_chx20edqd" in den Community-Ordner ziehen.

Since February 22, 2022 the rescue helicopter "Christoph 20" of the ADAC Luftrettung air rescue service doesn't operate anymore from it's former home base at the hospital in Bayreuth.

During the upcoming years the rescue base is being rebuild from scratch.The big helipad in front of the rescue base is staying untouched.

For the time being the temporary operating base of Christoph 20 will be at the airfield Bayreuth (EDQD) with a mobile heli-dolly in front of the Hangar-West.

There are 2 spawn-points to choose from:

One runway start for engines already running, as well as one parking spot for Cold-and-dark.

No matter what you choose you will spawn at the mobile platform.

Because an airport has to be created in order to create spawnable points a fictional ICAO code (CH20I) was chosen. You can also find it if searching for "CHX20 Interim". Since this all takes place on the airfield Bayreuth itself you can also find it while looking for "EDQD" inside the world map option.

This addon is compatible with the default EDQD airport as well as the payware addon. It might work just fine with the freeware airfield addon you can also find here on flightsim.to though.

Note: It only has been tested with the HPG H135. Some "contact points" of other helicoptery may differ and you MIGHT end up falling off the platform.

Installation:

Open the downloaded file and place the folder "chrispiaviation_chx20edqd" inside the community folder.
