Full scale model of Citadel of Gallifrey, Doctor Who's home planet. Over 3000 buildings and structures. Main glass dome is 5km(16,404.2 feet) in diameter and 6.15km (3.8 miles) high.
Total diameter is over 12.8 km (7.95 miles). Glass dome is not collision-enabled.
Landing strips (at spokes): 12, each 75 m wide and 3.4 km long
helipads: 72: 2 on each defense bunker at perimeter; helipad diameter: 103.75m
Landing area with lights inside center structure near bottom of glass dome.
Includes city lights and blinking red beacon light on top.
Has a deep (2600 feet) terraformed mineshaft for extracting energy from deep within the planet.
I've always wanted to visit Doctor Who's home planet - I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
I've situated the city in the Sahara Desert in Mauritania for now as the landscape might be a close match to the original. I'm thinking of a version near London and/or New York (maybe Monument Valley) so a closer comparison can be made with earth structures.

This is the best and most detailed scenery, for MSFS 2020, I've seen yet. I made a video, to highlight your excellent workmanship and super detail, hope to see more scenery from you, Thanks so https://youtu.be/Q6uUbfJLE1M

I just watched your video - its great! May I suggest you add tags like Doctor Who Gallifrey Citadel etc so more Whovians like myself can search for it.

I don't think I have ever seen a single epsiode of Doc Who, but this is YUGE! Is it a time machine? Will you be adding finer detail, or is this what the complex looks like in the show?

Thanks!
From what I understand, it is billions of years more advanced than earth in technology, so I guess it could be a time machine.

This is a great idea! Trouble is, how do you find it? Nearest Airport/strip?? Dunno how to get there!

This is seriously one of the coolest things I've seen in the sim! Fun to land the F-16 on it! The scale is epic! Thanks for creating and sharing this.
Just one small issue: If you get far enough away, the city disappears and you only see an immense hole in the ground. Perhaps the Citadel has a cloaking field. 😊 But I wonder if LODs could fix that? Example: https://imgur.com/a/T9nmnlw

I know about this but I haven't figured out LODs yet. Hopefully in the next version.
