WN47 Bear Valley Skyranch is a small airstrip near McCleary Washington, about 16 miles west of Olympia. The MSFS default had the trees flattened around the runway, taking away the charm of this airstrip - tall trees line the narrow grass runway. You have to be very careful on takeoffs and landings and be ready to put in some careful rudder! Be careful not to land on Airplane LN by mistake. Airplane LN is a small road paralleling the airstrip on it's southern side which gives airstrip access to the resident's individual hangars.
I used Bijan 4 Seasons (Summer Northern Hemisphere) but it looks good with default trees as well.
Thanks to bagolu for the AWESOME C172 Taildragger! Cessna 172 Tail dragger
I used to have an FBO in FSEconomy at WN47 and I loved the area. BTW: KHQM and 56S (Seaside, OR) have been favorite Destinations from McCleary.
So thank you very much for your version - and greeting @Ghrailrider, looking forward to KHQM as well. 😊
