This is a fictional repaint of the PMDG DC-6 in B-17 colors, of the 100th Bomber Group, 42-26087 "Royal Flush". I had repainted another plane for a member that has been flying it around the US following his father's B-17 flights. This repaint matches the B-17 his father flew.

Though I haven't flown it yet after SU5. The view from the ramp looks to be normal.

Thank you so much for this repaint commemorating "Royal Flush" from the 100th BG that Dad flew his missions in. He would have enjoyed seeing this! Until we get a REAL B-17 in MSFS, I will be proud to fly this one!

Hi Bigh55, if you look at my "Memphis Belle" version, it looks a little better. I'll be doing more repaints like this and USAAF as time permits.

It may be worth looking into distributing this as a PTP file: https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/pmdg-paint-hangar/133730-how-to-create-a-ptp-file#post133780

It's not necessary. Just drop the folder in the zip file into your community folder, and fly.
