Chuck it open and plonk t' contents into thy Microsoft Flight Simulator Community folder. (Usually sittin' at "C:\Users[Yer Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community")
Fire up Microsoft Flight Simulator, pick t' Boeing 787-10, and there she blows.
Look out fer Yorkshire Airlines, reet there on t' aircraft selection menu.
